Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Details Annual CTC INR 3.5 LPA Flat Bonus INR 25,000 post 6 months from joining (merged after 12 months) Regular Increments Yearly increments based on performance Additional Bonuses Bonuses at the 18th, 24th, and 36th months from date of joining Service Agreement 12 months post-joining with INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis if broken
