Job Responsibilities
As a Procure to Pay Operations New Associate, you will be part of the Finance Operations vertical, assisting with the end-to-end accounting for goods and services. This includes collecting operational data, conducting analyses, reconciling transactions, and boosting vendor compliance. The role involves:
- Accounting for goods and services through requisition, purchasing, and receiving.
- Managing order sequencing in procurement and financial processes.
- Supporting accounts payable activities, applying relevant processes, policies, and applications.
- Handling accurate billing, invoice processing, purchase/non-purchase orders, and matching invoices (two-way and three-way matching).
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Solve routine problems with reference to established guidelines.
- Work closely with your team and supervisor.
- Follow detailed instructions on tasks, with closely supervised decision-making.
- Act as an individual contributor within a team, working on a predefined scope.
- Be flexible for rotational shifts, if required.
Qualifications
- Degree: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
