Job Responsibilities

As an SDE I, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to design and develop innovative products and services.
• Build cutting-edge technologies in large distributed computing environments, driving fundamental changes in the tech industry.
• Create scalable, fault-tolerant, and low-cost solutions for distributed storage, indexing, and query systems.
• Develop systems to run predictions on distributed platforms at an incredible scale and speed.
• Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software.
• Tackle broadly defined problems, designing and coding effective solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Computer Science fundamentals (object-oriented design, algorithm design, data structures, problem-solving, and complexity analysis).
  • Programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Java, or Perl.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous technical internship(s).
• Experience with distributed, multi-tiered systems, algorithms, and relational databases.
• Proficiency in optimization mathematics (e.g., linear programming, nonlinear optimization).
• Ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions effectively.
• Skilled at solving ambiguous or undefined problems and thinking abstractly.
