1. Customer Service (Terminal Service)
- Reservations & Ticketing:
- Manage reservations and ticket sales at the counter, offering guidance on travel options and flight availability.
- Assist with the sales of tickets and ensure prompt remittance of cash transactions to the concerned department.
- Respond to customer queries via telephone and provide a high level of customer service.
- Departures:
- Attend pre-flight and post-flight briefings to align with team and operational goals.
- Set up check-in counters and ensure check-in procedures adhere to high-quality standards.
- Screen checked baggage and assist customers with special requests, including elderly passengers, unaccompanied minors, and passengers requiring wheelchair assistance.
- Arrivals:
- Provide support to passengers with mishandled or damaged baggage, including filing required reports.
- Coordinate with baggage vendors to address damaged baggage and maintain records.
- Communicate with en-route stations regarding lost baggage, ensuring prompt follow-up for customer satisfaction.

- Emergency Preparedness:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Emergency Response Procedures and relevant aviation regulations.
- Acquire and update necessary skills for job functions, staying up to date on industry standards and safety procedures.
- Ensure theft and pilferage control by following company protocols.
3. Ramp Operations
- Flight Coordination:
- Confirm Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of flights and communicate bay assignments to all relevant stations.
- Arrive at the designated bay 20 minutes before the scheduled time with all required equipment.
- Coordinate passenger deplaning with sufficient transportation, ensuring smooth flow and timing.
- Baggage Handling and Equipment Management:
- Ensure prompt arrival of baggage in the arrival area before passengers reach it.
- Supervise the alignment and safe operation of ramp equipment, meeting all safety and operational standards.
- Verify cleaning operations and obtain boarding clearance from the cabin crew.
- Departure Preparation:
- Ensure that loading is done in alignment with the Loading Instruction Report provided by the Load and Trim staff.
- After flight departure, ensure all equipment is returned to the transport yard and that ramp documentation is completed accurately.
