Key Highlights:

• Position: Project Engineer in Elite Telecom, Automotive, Embedded & CPPE (Security, Java Full Stack).
• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Automotive Engineering, CSE, ECE, IT, or Cyber Security.
• Eligibility Criteria:
  • 10th & 12th Standard: Minimum 60%
  • Graduation: Minimum 60% or CGPA of 6.0 or above
  • Open school or distance education accepted for 10th & 12th only.
  • Maximum 3 years gap between 10th and graduation.
• Salary: INR 3.50 LPA
  • Flat bonus of INR 25K post 6 months from joining, merged with salary after 12 months.
  • Regular yearly increments.
• Service Agreement: 12 months, INR 75,000 (pro-rata basis).

Job Descriptions:

• Automotive:
  • Design software for Infotainment, Navigation, and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
  • Conduct software tests, fix bugs, and ensure quality.
  • Work closely with hardware engineers to integrate software with hardware systems.
• Embedded Systems Software:
  • Design and develop next-generation embedded software.
  • Work on system configuration, application software, middleware, OS abstraction layer, and device drivers.
  • Conduct tests and improve software performance and functionality.

Selection Process:

1. Online Assessment (128 minutes):
   • Aptitude Test: Logical, Quantitative, and English abilities (48 minutes)
   • Written Communication Test: Essay writing (20 minutes)
   • Online Programming Test: Coding in Java, C, C++, or Python (60 minutes)

Other Criteria:

• Age: Candidates should be 18+ during registration.
• Residency: Open to Indian Citizens, PIO, OCI cardholders, Bhutan and Nepal Nationals (citizenship certificate required).
• Backlog Policy: One backlog allowed, must be cleared along with the 8th semester.
• Education Gap: Maximum 3 years gap between 10th and graduation.
